30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Return request must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item is defective.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled at any time before the order has been shipped. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we will cancel it right away.

Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, our 30-day return policy applies after the item is delivered.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us first before filing a chargeback. Our support team is committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly.
