Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has shipped.

Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to update after shipment.

Because our products are shipped via sea freight and pass through international customs inspection, your tracking may show little or no movement while the package is in transit. Tracking typically begins updating with full activity once your order arrives in the United States.

This is completely normal — please don't worry if your tracking appears inactive for a while. Your order is on its way and will update as soon as it clears customs and reaches the U.S.
